Refund & Return Policy

At Artmiss, we aim to provide high-quality nail products and a smooth international shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


2. Returns (International Orders)

Due to high international shipping costs, we do not accept returns by default.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is severely damaged upon arrival, or
  • The product is incorrect (wrong item sent)

If approved, customers must:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photo/video proof
  • Return the item (if requested)

Return Address: 22, Xiang Cheng Road, Qing Dao, ShanDong Province, China. Please contact us for a return authorization before shipping.
⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our side.


3. Refund Conditions

We do not offer unconditional full refunds.

Refunds will be handled based on the situation:

(1) Damaged or defective items

  • Verified with photo/video proof
  • 👉 Partial or full refund (depending on severity)

(2) Minor issues / dissatisfaction

  • 👉 Partial refund only (typically 20%–50%)
  • No return required

(3) Incorrect address / failed delivery

  • 👉 No refund or partial refund only

(4) Lost package (confirmed by carrier)

  • 👉 Reshipment or refund will be offered

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order is shipped.


5. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection

We take fraudulent activities seriously.

  • False claims (e.g. “item not received” when tracking confirms delivery) will be disputed with evidence
  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported and permanently banned

👉 To maintain fairness and protect both our customers and our business, all orders are subject to verification in cases of refund or dispute requests to prevent potential abuse or malicious refund behavior.


6. Proof Requirement

To process any claim, customers must provide:

  • Unboxing video (recommended)
  • Photos of the issue
  • Order number

Without valid proof, refunds may be denied.


7. Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
